This class will teach the student to be more calm, open-minded and more receptive to positive growth and change. The ability to successfully manage and direct thoughts and thought-patterns at work, home and play is dependent upon an individual’s ability to effectively meditate on a daily basis. To meditate is to control thought, not stop it. Meditation is to ponder and reflect, not object. Meditation is the art of inner listening, not telling. The practice of mediation is recognized by the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. Team cohesiveness will improve. Students will become Emotionally Intelligent.

When I was a little girl my mom frequently shouted out “You kids keep it down, I can’t hear myself think!” I came from a family of 10. My parents had six girls and two boys. I recall thinking to myself “what does she mean? How can you not hear yourself think?” When I became a parent of three, I became fully aware of what it feels like to not be able to hear yourself think.
“I Can Hear Myself Think” was written to put the reader back on the path of unadulterated thinking, habits and practices. You can reach the light at the end of the tunnel. I will walk you through ten transitional steps that will show you how to take and maintain control over your thinking process. Each chapter is a building block. You will learn to uncover and discover the real you. You can get back to hearing yourself think.
