The truth is that well trained employees keeps businesses open. Under-trained employees ultimately contribute to business failure...
Hi,
My name is Sharon Downing. I’m the founder of the "Arizona Training Pool”. Our company created a way to drastically reduce the cost of staff training for Arizona businesses and government agencies. We created the “Arizona Training Pool” to provide relief to struggling Arizona employers who can no longer afford staff training.
The concept came from our business being awarded 3 consecutive professional development contracts by the United States Department of Labor. Numerous government agencies separately were unable to afford staff training due to budget cuts. Together, the agencies pooled their money and hired our company to respond to and satisfy all of their training needs. The initiative was successful! Our inspiration for the "Arizona Training Pool" is modeled after this concept.
If I can show you how to provide affordable personal and professional development for your staff, would you be open to spending a few minutes hearing about how “The Arizona Training Pool” can provide you with staff training at a 70 percent discount? You can contact me for an in-depth explanation at (602) 763-6560. I am happy to answer your questions.
This service is needed by so many companies and agencies statewide. The business community must know that a reliable training resource is available. We need 15 members to make it work. This is a real “TEAM APPROACH” that will create a real solution. We have to stick together and work together to keep things going.
Affordable Staff Training From a Reliable Source. This is Exciting!
Impact America Educational Services is local. However, we spend much of our time traveling to clients in other states. We rarely have the opportunity to do business with Arizona government agencies and private sector businesses due to the "BUDGET CRUNCH". As we continue to hear of budget cuts across the state and business downsizings, few if any Arizona agencies and companies have adequate funds to provide staff training and professional development.
The truth is that well trained employees keeps businesses open. Under-trained employees ultimately contribute to business failure. Federal government workers are even at risk of losing their jobs to outsourcing. If employees can’t validate their ability to perform their jobs well, private sector businesses can compete to take over the operations of government agencies.
In an attempt to keep Arizona staff training available and affordable, we have developed the “Arizona Training Pool”.This service is needed by so many companies and agencies statewide. The business community needs a reliable training resource.
