Hi I’m Sharon Downing, a training professional with 12+ years of experience in developing and directing over 60 customized leadership and non-leadership training initiatives nationwide. Organizations including government, private businesses, law enforcement, healthcare, educational, church and many more continue to benefit from my unique approach.  Allow me to do the same for you.
                                                 

Impact America Educational Services developed two law enforcement leadership training initiatives and three non-leadership initiatives which currently hold AZ P.O.S.T (Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board) Program Confirmation.  Our Stress, Anger and Fear Management Training is accredited by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety.  In addition our training is certified by Nevada P.O.S.T.

I am a certified law enforcement lecturer in six areas of expertise including leadership development.
